The Practice - A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following

- Collaborate with clients to deliver compelling marketing, experience and growth propositions: Design best-in-class strategies that are data-driven and robust keeping in mind client context and capabilities required to achieve their growth ambition.

- Use extensive experience of hands-on roles in Industrial Network: Work across supply chain operations, develop cost-effective solutions to optimize logistical/industrial procedures, and implement improvement strategies.

- Leverage industrial experience to manage full spectrum of marketing program management: Right from strategy definition to technical delivery, use your industry experience to set up relevant marketing platforms, strategize & execute digital marketing campaigns, generate CVM experience and perform marketing research to gather relevant insights for the industry.

- Design large scale marketing/ experience transformation propositions using leading practices: Conduct in-depth analysis of client capabilities and develop knowledge of leading industry practices to design solutions that will enable them to provide the best experiences to their customers, both B2B or B2C.

- Deep dive across projects helping CMO organization to drive superior performance through relevance: You will leverage the comprehensive suite of analytics, consulting and technology solutions that Accenture offers to drive up marketing performance, drive down the cost per interaction and create relevant consumer experiences on a massive scale.

- Advise on full funnel marketing and give direction to marketing initiatives using effective methods and tools: Collaborate with client to strategize and analyze marketing initiatives across channels both offline and online.

- Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials and operating drivers: Design reporting & benchmarking frameworks, providing industry best practices for global markets.

- Advise on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing functions: Give direction to marketing efforts and enable monitoring of marketing performance for better effectiveness.

- Deploy strong analytical skills and drive result-oriented decisions: Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.

Your experience counts!

- Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

- Overall experience of 12+ years with at least

- 10+ years of experience in marketing transformation for clients.

- At least 7-8 years of experience in managing marketing activities (B2C and B2B) within Industrial domain- Delivering insights with a focus on designing & executing marketing strategies.

- Hands-on marketing experience in Industrial domain like shipping, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, industrial & heavy equipment, construction, consumer durables etc.

- Demonstrable experience in consumer base management campaigns, SEO/SEM, content-based campaigns, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns within Industrial domain.

- Ability to interpret trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaigns.

- Develops digital marketing strategy/ campaigns by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Focused on business outcomes.

- Good to have functional experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, other base marketing/ paid marketing/ organic marketing platforms.

- Experience in managing large scale marketing/ experience transformations involving business led marketing platform transformation/ CRM transformation/ Ad-tech transformation.

- Experience in multi-disciplinary design involving channels, people, process, policy, compliance/controls, and technology.

- Demonstrable experience to interact C-Level executives and manage SME level discussions in the space of Digital Marketing.

- Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams.

- Experience in working across multiple industries.
