Accenture - Specialist/Manager - Mobilization/Transition

Job Description:

We are looking for Transition management professionals (with 8+years of experience) who can fulfill the following criteria:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in total.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in transition.

- Have core transition experience (they should have managed End to End ITES/BPO transitions themselves)

- Transitioning new deals into the operations center

- Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)

- Involved in solution planning for deals

- Project manage the transition into the operations delivery center to ensure a smooth and successful transition

- Stabilize Operations post-go-live

- Conduct Due Diligence

- Managing client facing activities, primarily during client visits to the operations center

- Are proficient in MS-Excel /MS-Power Point.

- Have experience in creating project Gantt Charts.

- Able to create project plans in MS-Project.

- Excellent Client/stakeholder management.

- Proficient in creating project plans in MS-Project.

- PMP certification or training will be an added advantage

- Participate in Solution Review calls

- Bid, Budget, Risk Management

- Assist the Knowledge transfer Lead in the KT process

- Enable People: Project Staffing & Staff On boarding

- The Client Services Team is also responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing updation of processes relating to Pre-Sales, Visits and Transition activities.
