Principal Duties And Responsibilities :   - The SCM team focuses on helping clients with Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Fulfillment Strategy to improve key performance metrics. SCM practice is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, best practice methodologies, enabling technology solutions, and change management programs to help manage Supply Chain Planning and Fulfillment function more effectively and efficiently.   - SCM professionals within Accenture's Supply Chain & Operations business domain focus on delivering comprehensive business solutions across various industries adding significant value and delivering benefits with an emphasis on the positive impact on the organizations bottom-line.   - Work independently in client facing situations as well as part of larger project teams in the design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes and enabling technology in Supply Chain related projects.   - Demonstrate understanding of processes and best practices to help an organization improve outcomes.  - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for making client proposals and setting up project objectives for the prospective projects  - Deliver expertise to conceptualize and implement digital transformation journey for client's supply chain. Typical Digital supply chain projects include:  Strategy: Partner with the client via workshops to understand their business vision, develop a vision for their digital supply chain  Organization: Develop the to-be SC organization structure that would drive the digital agenda for the supply chain  - Develop roadmap for digital supply chain: Identify key digital interventions for client, based on the digital capability assessment, develop a roadmap recommending the solutions which can developed in house or bring in key partners which will help clients bridge the gap between As Is and the desired state  - Partner with Solution Providers for workshops: Develop relationships with a wide range of vendors in the digital supply chains pace, sign NDA's MOU's with them, demonstrate their technologies to global Accenture clients and jointly develop a go to market strategy with the vendors for key clients.  - Monitor Benefits: Help the clients visualize benefits by monitoring key business benefits throughout the transformation journey  - Operation: Program manage the implementation of digital supply chain that will span across the entire value chain starting from procurement & manufacturing to planning and fulfillment   - Technology: Be conversant in digital technologies such as Block Chain, AI/machine learning, Robotics, control towers, Big Data analytics, real-time visibility and Cloud and how they benefit supply chains  - Deliver cost saving initiatives including productivity and utilization of logistics resources and facilities covering transportation, warehousing and customer delivery to meet project deliverables  - Setup and evaluate performance measurement KPIs and benchmarking process. Periodical interviews with the client for measurements/KPIs presentation  - Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%  Qualifications :   - MBA / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management   - Engineering Degree  Experience :  - 1-8 Years of Experience  - Preferably one/two projects in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Demand Supply Balancing, Production Planning / Scheduling, Inventory Optimization/ Logistics / Distribution (Transportation Sourcing, Efficient contracting, Cost-to-Serve Analysis etc.)  - Experience with Digital technologies like Cloud computing, AI, Big Data analytics, Block chain  Key Competencies and Skills :   - Supply chain (Planning, fulfillment and logistics), Understanding of key digital technologies like AI, Block chain, Cloud, IOT etc  - Experience with Image analysis and Video analysis tools  - Process knowledge and documentation skills   - Strong communication skills. Can lead conversations with client   - Strong command of MS Office Portfolio   - Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
