Essential Skills :

- Atleast 1 project in one or more phases ( Assessment, Planning, Design, Development) of Implementation of Finance and Accounting Shared Service Centers or BPO in one of the core finance processes.

- Experience in operating model design, shared services strategy, design, and program management highly desirable

- Experience in planning and managing transitions of Finance and accounting back-office operations, experience around moving decentralized finance and accounting operations to shared services. Designing, developing and implementation of complete life cycle finance and accounting shared services centers.

- Extensive Business Process Re-engineering experience.
