Resources is one of the Industry Practices within Accenture's Capability Network (CN) team. It focuses on serving clients across four specific Industry Groups (IGs) - Energy, Chemicals, Utilities, and Natural Resources. - Energy - Focuses on the entire energy value chain within Oil &amp; Gas, and specializes across business areas within Upstream, Downstream, Oil Field Services, Renewables, etc. - Utilities - Advice and lead client engagements in wide variety of strategy and operational transformation topics across the overall value chain within the Utilities industry including Retail, Transmission &amp; Distribution, Generation etc. - Chemicals - Focuses on Basic, Specialty, and Fine Chemicals industries across domains (and not limited to) including Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain Optimization, Operations Excellence, Process Readiness and Capital Projects Management - Natural Resources - Focuses on Metals, Mining, Forest Products, Building Materials industries across multiple domains (and not limited to) including Supply Chain Optimization, Operations Excellence, Operations Management, Pricing &amp; Profitability Analysis etc. Principal Duties And Responsibilities: - Assess Value Potential for transformation program and architect the value proposal - Project manage large, complex business Programmes to deliver digitally enabled solutions - Play key roles - Functional Lead, Project Manager, Test Lead, Integration Lead, Data Lead - Utilize Process understanding (OTC, Credit and Collections etc.) and SAP experience to design, implement and deliver enhanced capabilities for Utilities Clients. - Drive Business Readiness and Deployment activities for region(s) - Identify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks - Draw on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis - To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long term solutions - To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance - To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Utilities industry to deliver business value. - To work with leading Utilities clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges - Utilize Process understanding and SAP experience to design, implement and deliver enhanced capabilities for Utilities Clients. - Lead and support Rollouts and Deployments across the various regions. - Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies Qualifications: - MBA, Relevant accreditation for Utilities industry Would be advantageous, not mandatory: - SAP Certification (IS-Utilities; CRM) - Salesforce - Project Management: PMP or Prince 2 (Would be an advantage) Experience: SAP Process experience: SAP Sales &amp; Distribution, SAP IS-Utilities, CRM, Salesforce etc. (any 2) - Process Transformation: Involves defining key performance indicators and associated work practices and collecting, managing and reporting monthly/quarterly on regional status. - Value Architect: Assess Value Potential of a transformation program and ability to architect the value proposal - Process Transformation: Involves defining key performance indicators and associated work practices and collecting, managing and reporting monthly/quarterly on regional status. - Very deep knowledge and experience in SAP System Integration projects - Program Management: Involves effectively planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders groups and execute on-time and on budget - Programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programmes - Strong writing skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership - Deep knowledge in Utilities industry (Transmission and Distribution, Retail etc.) - Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects be able to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis - Change Management: Involves coaching and/or training personnel in the technical aspects of IACS Security - People Management skills: supervision of Accenture analysts and consultants - Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams
