Principal Duties And Responsibilities:   - Have led teams and established practices/sub-practices in consulting organization   - Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction and have led large scale Business transformations   - Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to - C- suite executives.   - Mentor or lead junior team members on a project   - Maintain good relationships with clients and project PMs   Qualifications: MBA  Experience:   Consulting experience in:   - 12-15 years of experience in driving Business Consulting engagements in the Chemicals/ Petro Chemicals Industry with a focus around, Business process improvements, Operating model designs and supported Technology enablement's   - Must have 5-7 years of Consulting expertise with focus on Sales and Solutioning along with delivery support. Must have lead Sales and solutioning efforts to closures   - Chemicals Plant operations experience in Commodity Chemicals or Specialty Chemicals or Petrochemicals Industry   - Understands in detail the Chemicals Industry Value chain, Supply Chain, Manufacturing processes including Plant Operations, Maintenance & Reliability, Inventory management, Demand Management and Forecasting, Distribution Management and Logistics   - Exposure to Chemical Plant Operations with added skills around Procuring Direct Materials of Chemicals raw material feed will be an added advantage   - Exposure to enterprise systems like SAP PP, SAP MM,SAP SD etc. will an added advantage along with Planning & Scheduling tools like Aspen Tech,etc   Key Competencies and Skills:   - Primarily comes from Management Consulting with experience in leading teams and managing consulting practice   - Ideal candidate to have Chemicals/ Petro Chemicals Plant operations experience in Commodity Chemicals or Specialty Chemicals or Petrochemicals Industry followed by Consulting experience   - Have strong exposure to Technology enablement and new Digital imperatives in Chemicals sector
