Engagement Management:
- Lead or support project teams in the delivery of projects
People Development:
- Develop a team of professionals to enable growth
Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
Domain knowledge:
- Assist the concerned managing director and senior manager in developing Accenture's practice around Digital
- Shape and deliver solutions for client's business problems leveraging digital
- Build deep and meaningful client c-suite relationships:
Experience and skills
- Minimum of 10 years experience
- Strong program management skills
- Excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements
- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C-suite executives:

Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience
Qualification : MBA from a Tier 1 B School
Location : Bengaluru and Mumbai
