Job Summary:
- The Recruiter - Senior Analyst is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.
- The Recruiter - Senior Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
- The Recruiter - Senior Analyst may supervise or provide direction to 1-2 Recruiter - Analysts and/or Recruiting Operations Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
- Responsible for a small to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a medium to large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
- Screen applications and select candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Organize and facilitate assessing days
- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
- Responsible for post offer management
- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
- Administer referral process of applicants
- Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Manager
- Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools
- Review recruit files for completeness
- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
- Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
Supervision:
- May supervise and/or coach 1-2 Recruiter-Analysts or Recruiting Operations Assistants and delegate work appropriately
- Responsible for career development of any team members (training, supervision, evaluation, promotion recommendations)
Cooperation and Communication:
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group and possibly serve as point of contact for stakeholder group (e.g. Operating Group, Capability Group, Client Group, Geography Leadership)
- Deliver key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process
- Cooperate with Recruiting Team, HR and Sourcingteam regarding candidates
Relationships:
Reports to: GU Recruiting AP or Senior Manager OR Recruiter - Manager /Senior Specialist/Specialist
Supervises: May supervise Recruiter -Analysts and/or Recruiting Operations Assistants
External Relationships: Channels/Sources (Universities, Search Firms, Internet Job Boards, Accenture Alumni, etc.), Recruiting and/or HR Organizations
