Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Resources capital projects industry to deliver business value
- To work with leading clients, customers and suppliers and develop and execute leading practices for Project Data & Document Management Solutions
- To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions
- Lead, manage and train a team for solutioning, deployment and successful handover of data management solutions to the client
- Lead design workshops, virtual walkthroughs and develop proof of concepts as required by the client teams
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- MBA / PGDM
Experience:
- 10-13 years of experience in Project Management & Capital Projects with minimum 5 years of experience in engineering data management and document management systems and tools
- Knowledge of Capital Projects Lifecycle
- Awareness of state-of-the-art IT tools such as 3-D Modeling, Enterprise Asset Management system (like SAP PM, Maximo etc.) along with Documentum, Intergraph, SharePoint, Smart plant application etc.
- Awareness of leading Capital Project Engineering practices such as Modularization of Build, Advanced Work Packages, Standardization, Value Engineering, Interface Management etc.
- Data/Document Management Systems etc
- Awareness about ISO standards ISO 14224, ISO 15926
- Good working experience with MS Excel Advance Techniques
- Able to create impactful presentation materials through PowerPoint, Visio etc.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Analyze and identify key gaps in organization's data & document management capabilities and provide solutions to overcome these gaps
- Develops strategy for maintaining and securing enterprise wide deployments of database infrastructure
- Deep understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Commissioning documents
- Deploy leading Capital Project Engineering practices such as Modularization of Build, Standardization, Value Engineering, Interface Management etc.
- Experience in document management including process knowledge for document controls, approvals, reviews and management of change
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Robust communication and co-ordination skills
- Good decision making, team leading and negotiation skills
