Analytics CoE is part of the Talent Strategy and People Programs(TSPP) Team. It aims at integrating analytics into all areas of HR and enable data and insights driven decision making, to make a visible impact in the processes and align to the organizational goals.
TSPP is also responsible for enabling Inorganic growth in ATCI via ventures and acquisitions by working in liason with the V&A global team.
The position entails both the above roles.
Key Responsibilities :
The hired candidate will play a role in 3 areas: Talent Analytics, Ventures & Acquisitions and Team Insights covering below responsibilities :
i. Team Insights - increase utilization of Team Insights and work on the enhancements on team insights along with the predictive analytics that would be in scope for FY19
ii. Analytics - interactions with analytics teams on all analytics projects, ensure the scope is clarified to the team, necessary data is thought through and provided in the beginning of the project and ensure the results are aligned to the scope
iii. Support on V&A related deals in ATCI .
