Oracle Unit Lead –

A Unit Lead will lead a project and perform the role of a CIO/Program manager. He will manage the overall IT including IT Infrastructure as well as any Applications(SAP/Oracle/.net/Java) implemented at the client location. He will be based out of the client location with a large team, which helps the client in implementing/ supporting/ upgrading and maintaining the projects

a. Job Description

- We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of IT industry experience with exposure to Oracle.

- Person needs to have good Program Mgt/Outsourcing Lead experience.

- The candidate should have prior experience in as an expert in terms of managing business critical, highly technical, complex projects.

- Prior expertise in managing large multi-location projects is essential.

- The candidate is required to have excellent client facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stages.

- Strong educational background and excellent communication skills would be a prerequisite.

b. In addition,

- Strong Oracle R12 implementation/upgrade experience with 2-3 implementation experience

- Exposure on Support projects

- Advance supply chain / Demantra knowledge – nice to have

- IT Infra/vendor management/Network knowledge

Level – Manager (Level B)
