Job Summary Key responsibilities of the role: - To bring upstream O&amp;G industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Resources industry to deliver business value. - To work with leading Resources clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute energy strategies. - To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long term solutions Experience: - 10 - 18 years of experience in Oil and Gas (Upstream) Knowledge &amp; Skill Requirements - Good understanding of the Oil &amp; Gas Upstream Market Overview - Business Process mapping, process optimization and process modeling experience - Understanding of operations concepts: Production, Planning, Logistics, Storage, Distribution, Operations risk - Knowledge or exposure to leading upstream application solutions and digital innovations happening in subsurface, wells, supply chain, finance, operations - Understanding of financial concepts - HCA / P&amp;L, Accounting, Taxes, Financial Risk, Financial Instruments is a plus - Understanding of integrated solution landscape in area of integrated operations management. - Understanding of SAP Process experience, a plus - Process Transformation: Involves defining key performance indicators and associated work practices and collecting, managing and reporting monthly/quarterly on regional status. - Program Management Experience : Planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders groups and execute on-time and on budget - Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills - Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members - Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
