Job Responsibilities:

- Coach & guide during product roadmap discussions for our clients and empower product managers during e2e product life-cycle management for each prioritized concept/idea.

- Provide day-to-day leadership for projects, ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are aligned to the human-centered product management goals, activities, and deliverables from the Innovation Pods

- Responsible to manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including product strategy, development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition.

- Passionately represent customers, their scenarios and mentor the product managers on how to bring the cross functional team together during different stages of product management: conceptualization, design, evaluative research, business case development, engineering delivery, GTM from alpha state to general availability including product optimization, and growth

- Proficient with drawing storyboards, Working with UX team to create low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes, creation of product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria

- Collaborate with cross functional departments and product teams (Development, Architect and Testing to deliver define Product capabilities and deliver the product

- API first mindset - identify & own technical, non-functional requirements to build APIs as well as graphical user experience

- Technical Experience in delivering the Product built on one or more of these Cloud, Mobile and Emerging technologies like Analytics, AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT

- Resolve issues on the project on an ongoing basis and drives alignment

Educational qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred.

Skill Requirement:

- Relevant work experience in product management in building customer facing mobile and web applications

- Strong Experience in building apps using Digital Experience Platforms/CMS/portals like Adobe, Sitecore, Liferay etc., and ecommerce platforms

- Experience designing mobile experiences; Use of web analytics including clickstream metrics to evaluate online customer behavior, expertise in A/B testing and optimizations

- Experience in the agile product owner role

- Experience in building apps that uses Digital Marketing techniques like Campaign management, Coupon and promo Management, Advertising, Content marketing, Social Media marketing, SEO etc.,

- Deep technical knowledge on Cloud, Mobility and Basic knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, Automation etc.,
