The Practice - A Brief Sketch: The Operating Model & Organization Design team is part of Accenture's Strategy Practice and focuses on advancing our clients' key strategic priorities and objectives. We help our clients architect agile operating models embracing future of work, workforce and workplace powered by transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics utilizing Accenture's best-in-class methodology. As a part of this high performing team, you will get an opportunity to: - Assist organizations to design and execute workforce planning activities, including supply/demand gap analysis, workforce scenario modeling, workforce allocation, KPI measurement, workforce plan development, etc. - Analyze business strategies and business-led workforce planning activities to drive consistency and standardization - Gather, analyze, and interpret internal/external data trends and insights to assess talent gaps, forecast needs and model future scenarios to inform decision-making. - Utilize Workforce Projection Models to identify capacity gaps and offering proof of identified capability to guide the focus of training and skills development - Define and track workforce metrics aligned with the organization wide people strategy, firm investments, and long-term plan - Align with business growth requirements to pinpoint the specific soft and hard skills crucial for meeting organizational needs at various levels - Implement a systematic organizational process for proactive workforce planning, preventing talent and skills surpluses or shortages - Analyze and identify workforce related risks and create risk mitigation strategies to diffuse the identified risks - Utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance the strategic workforce planning assessments and related talent management processes. - Build deep understanding of clients' business strategies and goals, and how this shapes their Strategic Workforce Planning, in the context of global and economic environment - Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor and partner to foster business growth - Contribute to the development of thought leadership and future Operating Model & Organization Design strategy - Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools - Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor junior members of the Operating Model & Organization Design team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow. Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role: - A strategic mindset to shape innovative, fact-based strategies, strong background in strategic workforce planning, excellent program management skills, and ability to influence stakeholders across the People Team and the Business - Issue Based Problem Solving to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions - Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics and value drivers - An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements. - Experience working with "C level" executive clients, with extensive experience in projects in which the primary stakeholder was the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer - Consulting experience with exposure to Strategic Workforce Planning area Requisite: - 6+ Relevant years of Experience from above - Tier 1 MBA College
