Accenture - Manager - Digital Manufacturing Consulting - CNR/Metal & Mining/Natural Resources Sector

Job Responsibilities :

- Supporting and leading transformation projects across a broad range of industries in CNR (Majorly Metals & Mining) space

- Aligning & mobilizing the best of Accenture's knowledge, capabilities and experts to enable successful transformation or innovation agenda.

- Leading teams while providing coaching on activities such as as-is process, maturity assessment,opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation and implementation of recommendation.

- Developing and managing relationships with C-suite level client stakeholders

- Helping generate pipeline across clients in CNR space; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business.

Educational qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management. (PGDM) from Tier 1 premier institutes preferred.

Skill Requirement:

- 7+ years of strategy consulting experience of working with Metal & Mining, Natural resources clients and other allied industries.

- Significant and progressive experience in consulting firm or in industry in developing or delivering large scale digital transformation programs across metals and mining value chain right from planning, projects, operations/manufacturing etc.

- Strong techno-functional expert who has hands on implementation experience in various digital/technology trends like Industrial IoT, AI, Digital Twin etc.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive- environment- and proven ability to build- strong client relationships

- Ability to strike C-Suite relationship and drive the Accenture value proposition agenda independently.

- Ability to shape and sell various BD pursuits independently in this digital mining domain in the past.

- Have strong presentation skills and impact, being competent in presenting ideas clearly and convincingly to influence others - demonstrating personal presence, with the ability to earn trust.

- Able to demonstrate and disseminate (both internally and externally) deep knowledge awareness of current market trends and activities, both from a technology and business perspective

- Familiarity with analytical tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, would be desirable for solutioning client requirements as applicable
