- Defining the overall content strategy and activation agenda for the client, in collaboration with the client team and other project stakeholders

- Develop and lead the content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs for the client, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall content strategy

- Manage a team of content strategists, social media managers, and web engagement managers, guiding them to manage a successful client delivery

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of the content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs, using both qualitative and quantitative methods

- Leveraging experience with innovative thinking to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace

- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver content initiatives successfully. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams

- Building relationships with key client decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of brand and creative strategy

- Working in a team of seasoned professionals & using relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials

- Deploying strong analytical skills and drive result-oriented decisions with a Data-driven mindset
