Practice Overview:

Chemicals - Focuses on Basic, Specialty, and Fine Chemicals industries across domains (and not limited to) including Commercial Excellence , Supply Chain Optimization, Operations Excellence, Process Readiness and Capital Projects Management

Experience:

- A good understanding of the Chemical Resources industry

- 2-3+ years of experience as a functional/strategy consultant handling MRP, MPS, S&OP and logistics, preferably within chemical practices

- 1-2 years of Manufacturing Industry experience in planning and/or plant operations with a deep understanding of the overall functional and technical landscape

- Experience working on various manufacturing scenarios such as MTO, MTS, CBP

- Proven experience in integration of SAP modules such as MM, QM, CO

- Proven experience in custom reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces and conversions

- Hands-on experience in any of the following digital solutions: IOT, cloud, analytics, and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client-facing experience

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Personable interface at multiple levels within a client organization

Differentiating Skills:

- Proven ability to implement end-to-end SAP Production Planning project with minimum experience of two SAP S4/HANA Implementations covering blueprinting, gap analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support

- Proven experience in integration of SAP modules such as MM, QM, CO or Niche tools such as OM Partners, Anaplan
