Visit us at www.accenture.com Work Location : Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru Years of experience : 8 to 15+ years Entity : India Market Unit Level : Senior Manager / Manager / Associate Manager subject to relevant experience and candidature feedback(s) Leadership Responsibilities & Capabilities : - F&A Thought leaders and deep domain specialists in OTC / RTR / PTP provide Best in class industry view for India clients, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement etc. - Hands on knowledge of leading tools and technologies in OTC / RTR / PTP space with Indian manufacturing and other industry segments - Expertise on Indian Income tax (TDS and TCS), GST, MSME, ROC for the area of expertise in OTC / RTR / PTP - Transformation and Improvement mindset - OTC / RTR / PTP Practitioner role of leading and shaping winning proposal for Accenture India to India to clients - Lead Sales growth and mining in existing India F&A accounts and industry segment - Creating value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops, and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to win stage. Purpose of the Role : - Trusted CFO advisor and leader - Well versed with Industry Digital F&A technologies & leading tools, automation, AI etc. - Develop strong client relationships, drive client dialogues and process transformation for Accenture clients Good to Have Skills : - Experience in relevant stream for more than 8+ years - A strong desire to exceed expectations. - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Knowledge of SAP and other leading ERPs, reporting tools like Blackline, Trintech, Hyperion etc. Preferred Qualifications : - ACA or CMA or ACCA for R2R or similar credentials preferred - A good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills who is confident in communicating with others at all levels. - A problem solver. - Organized, analytical and methodical with strong attention to detail. - Able to work to tight deadlines, and under pressure.
