Regulatory Compliance Lead/AVP- KYC & Sanction Screening


Job Purpose:


The primary role is to lead a team of Analysts, Sr Analysts, Team Leads, Process Managers & Ops Manager who are responsible to perform Compliance and Risk investigations for a leading technology client. In this role, the Delivery Lead will operate as single point of contact for client's Global Process Manager (GPM) and coordinate globally for the process tower to drive an efficient service delivery operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Management :

- Manage a team of Analysts, Sr Analysts, Team Leads and Managers (global team size of approx. 450)

- Drive Employee Engagement, proactive attrition management

- Focus on skill building, foster culture and learning and development

- Create Contingency for critical roles and drive critical talent retention

Own the global end to end solution for the process tower

- Coordinate standardization of processes, data, controls and reporting

- Maintain operational accountability for the process tower

- Own process tower governance

Accenture Operations- Software & Platforms, India

- Focus on outcome driven SLAs

- Collaborate with Operations Lead to share ideas and lessons learned Understand and align with client objectives and key results

- Own the client relationship, act as point of Escalation

- Act as a liaison to the business

- Own the relationship with the Global Process Manager

- Foster a customer-centric culture

- Continuously monitor the needs of the customer

- Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings with the client

- Work closely with Business Operations teams and drive effective Roster and Invoice management

Manage Expansion and business growth :

- Identify new business requirements

- Assess new opportunities against business objectives

- Determine work location based on scope, capability, cost and speed

- Manage capacity utilization globally for the process tower

- Develop and translate the strategy into operational goals and objectives

Value Creation:

- Determine creative means to implement new and innovative technical and process solutions

- Implement industry leading practices globally

- Drive OPEX as tool for process improvement

- Manage projects and drive initiatives to improve overall process efficiency and customer experience.

Own issue management and resolution :

- Establish and monitor level of service

- Monitor customer/user satisfaction through the Process Defect Form

- Escalate global issues to the Global Delivery Lead

Financial :

- Manage Revenue Gap and look for Delivery Led upsell opportunity

- Manage Cost target against pyramid mix

- Maintain solutioned Margin as per contract
