Subject Matter Expert:

- SME on business reporting and data

- Maintain knowledge of Accenture’s Financial Services business and proactively integrate changes into projects

- Identify process improvement opportunities to develop effective business solutions

Team and work management:

- Specific programs to support include pipeline improvement initiatives, win/loss, sales interlock, account planning and campaign management

- Support leadership reviews, analysis of sales results, provides insights to sales leadership

- Hands on - production of reports, scorecards other deliverables and analysis

- Juggle multiple requests, prioritize according to business stakeholder needs and requirements

- Oversee and ensure work to completion

- Responsible for data accuracy, timeliness, overall work product - set up and execute QA process and peer reviews.

- Act as a back-up of resources to ensure continuity in service

Special project management:

- Innovate and deliver additional value to the FS business through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement

- BS degree (or equivalent) required in Business or related field or equivalent work experience

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred

- Overall 10+ years of work experience, 2 years combined experience in PMO role strongly preferred

- May be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours conference calls, ability to be flexible and work with people on different geographies to provide some overlap

- Ability to work out of Accenture Gurgaon office

- May be required to occasionally work from home

- May be required to occasionally travel domestically or internationally

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- Ability to work independently, balance multiple project responsibilities, and meet deliverable timelines

- Good facilitation and team-building skills

- Highly proficient with common PC software applications, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills

- Analytical/problem solving skills; collects and researches data

- Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities

- Attention to detail and produces work products consistently of a high quality

- Willing to go the extra mile for the team when required

- Willingness to learn
