Accenture - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage delivery and execution of analytics services for Accenture's top tier clients in FP&A domain

- Prepare and review a variety of complex financial data and deploy financial models and forecasts mechanisms across multiple projects

- Develop insights and deliver client business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction etc.

- Support in building and providing subject matter expertise in FP&A practice for delivery of the deals

- Build scalable assets esp. in Financial analysis and Planning space improving the forecasting and actual results reporting processes across clients business functions

- Lead a team of 2-3 analysts to drive and execute projects with tight deadlines

- Support lead and managers in managing relationships with client stakeholders - build client shareable material for holding discussions on analytical insights, and planning for new analytics needs

- Track KPIs to manage performance and communicate results to varied stakeholders on multiple projects

Minimum Qualification/ Skills:

- Total experience of 3-6 years in Finance domain with min 2 years of relevant experience in Advanced Analytics

- Hands-on experience in FP&A analytics space in developing reporting assets driving business results

- Exposure to below-mentioned analytics domain is a huge plus

- Revenue Reporting, Cost Reporting, Headcount Reporting, Balance Sheet Reporting, Strategic Reporting, Forecasting, Financial Planning and Strategy, Credit risk analytics, Operational risk analytics, Capital planning and forecasting

- Enterprise Risk Management

- Exposure to Financial audits and control

- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint

- Working knowledge of Analytics tools and platforms, e.g., SAS, R, SQL server, Tableau, Qlikview

- Knowledge of ERP systems, analytics technologies landscape is preferable

Educational Background:

- MBA/Masters from top Tier Institutes with Finance & Accounting as specialization

- Professional certification in Finance & Accounting e.g., CA/ CMA is preferred
