All other profiles will be Rejected Requirement across levels (2 years to 12 years) - We are looking for a Telco industry professional, who has both wide exposure across multiple Telco areas and at the same time depth in at least a few areas. Someone who is at ease with doing consulting roles in large technology transformation programs and also at ease doing short Strategy projects. - Ideal candidate should have strong background in consulting project delivery, but, also rich exposure to consulting sales / BD (proposal, RFPs, RFI, etc.). Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills, client &amp; stakeholder management skills, core consulting skills (ppt, excels) are non-negotiable. If you are cut in the above frame then read more:- - Deep experience in Telco BSS/OSS domains, having functional and industry knowledge having worked in the capacity of business analyst, process consultant and project management roles. eTOM certification is desired - Experience in Network planning, Network Deployments, network processes, fiber rollouts is desired - Exposure to Telco domains like customer care, field force, product lifecycle management is an added advantage - Experience in product management, product engineering and IT lifecycle from design, development to operations is highly desirable. Certification in ITIL is an advantage - Experience in Agile / Scrum way of working is highly desired. CSM and/or SAFe Agilist certification is an advantage - Experience in more strategic projects like operating model design, business cases, value architecting and realization is highly desirable - Any experience with data analysis, data analytics, visualization tools is an advantage - Any experience with digital programs and technologies is an advantage - Comfort across variety of projects is highly desired, from long term delivery roles to more strategy projects - Exposure to building offering, assets, point of views is highly desirable - Exposure to BD, proposal, RFPs/RFI responses is highly desirable - Exposure to international clients and onsite experience is highly desirable - 100% willingness to travel based on project requirements is non-negotiable - Engineer (preferably) + MBA from Tier-1/2 institutes - Prior experience in top consulting firms is preferred - Strong oral and written communications skills - Strong Presentation Skills : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision For Senior Positions : - Experience in leading consulting engagements, supervising Analysts and Consultants is a must - Experience in leading BDs, proposal, RFPs/RFI responses is a must
