Principal Duties And Responsibilities:   - To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Resources industry to deliver business value.   - To work with leading Resources clients, major customers and suppliers to design, develop, build Meridium APM Solution.  - To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions  Qualifications:   - Engineering Degree   - MBA / PGDM (preferred though not mandatory)  Experience:   - 1-8 years of experience in any Asset intensive industry like Oil and Gas, Chemicals or utilities etc.  - Hands on experience in Reliability centered maintenance (RCM), Asset Life Cycle, Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Management framework, Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Corrosion Management, Maintenance Best Practices and Strategies  - Should have experience in leading and delivering at least 2-3 Meridium Projects  - Hands on experience in tools such as SAP PM/Maximo, Meridium APM is mandatory   Key Competencies and Skills:   - Hands-on experience in Meridium Configuration that includes workflows, setting up user security and Business rules.  - Experience in developing KPI's (Cubes) Dashboards, Reports, Metrics Administration  - Hands on experience in Asset Health Manager Module and APM Policy Manager  - Hands on experience in loading data into Meridium using standard data loaders.  - Experience in developing Functional & Technical Design documents, writing test cases and do internal testing  - Experience in developing test plan, approach and test scripts  - Experience in developing interface with SAP PM / OSI Pi with Meridium is highly preferable.   - Business Process mapping, process optimization and process modeling experience in Asset Optimization is preferable  - Experience in Root cause analysis of equipment failures - FMEA, RCA, FTA etc.  - Understands Concepts of HAZOP & SIS  - Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills   - Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members   - Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
