Key responsibilities of the role: Project Delivery: - Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery - Work with small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients - Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision - Industry Expertise: Develop strong Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure, Logistics and Travel industry expertise. Management Consulting or functional/operational experience in at least 2 of the following domains is mandatory - Service, Spare Parts &amp; Warranty Management - Industrial Internet of Things - Innovation &amp; Product Lifecycle Management - Manufacturing &amp; Digital Operations - Sales &amp; Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting - Connected Transportation, Distribution &amp; Logistics Management - Digital Transformation of Supply Chain - Control Tower Design &amp; Value Realization - Experience with supporting design &amp; implementation of technologies such as SAP PLM, HANA, Hybris etc. is desirable - Experience working on large-scale Digital Transformation projects in functional or techno-functional roles is desirable Key Competencies and Characteristics: - Ability to perform in different scopes of consulting projects in CPLS domain and build this capability within the team - Deep industry expertise in Automotive/ Industrial Equipment/ Infrastructure/ Logistics /Travel - Excellent client management skills - Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills - Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations - Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm - Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment - Skills in supply chain methodologies/tools/technology is highly desirable Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Network Modelling, Process Automation, ZBB Analytics &amp; Planning tools/software such as R, Llama soft, Kinaxis, etc. - Any tech. exposure to SAP PLM/ HANA/ Hybris design &amp; implementation/strong end user experience is experience Requirements: - MBA - 2+ years of overall industry and/or consulting experience - Should have worked in the Automotive / Industrial equipment/ Travel or done extensive consulting within these industries with experience in the following areas: - Manufacturing strategy, Planning &amp; Operations - Service, Spare Parts &amp; Warranty Management - Industrial Internet of Things, Connected Products &amp; Services - Product Lifecycle Management - Required skills: Strategy development, Business Process Reengineering, Supply Chain Scenario Modelling &amp; Analytics skills - Any exposure to back end services/ technology will be a plus - Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint - Direct work experience or Consulting experience in North America is preferable. - Ability to work in US geography is preferable
