Process / Service Line Overview
The GTIN Financial Services Industry Group houses individuals with deep financial services markets industry skills. Their insights, experience and credentials come from deep industry expertise and/or client experience which gives them deep knowledge of our financial services markets offerings including Capital Markets, Insurance and Banking. It focuses on supporting the global and local markets in executing consulting engagements relating to development of target operating model; process design & re-engineering; and design of application architecture.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps

- Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs

- Engage in activities like process mapping, gap analysis etc.

- Supervising business architecture implementation activities

- Implementation of technology within a risk area, including the implementation of MIS solutions.

- Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities

- Supervising business architecture and process design activities

- Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes

- Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures

- Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)+A1

- Supports Insurance consulting engagements in an offshore:onshore model

- Supports building of Insurance Consulting practice and Insurance Consulting assets, methodologies, etc. from offshore

- Support research and market making initiatives in insurance consulting domain.

Key Skills Required

Academics

- Should be graduates (BSc, B.Com) or professional degree holders (CA, CFA)

- Professional certifications like CPCU, FLMI (LOMA) will be an added advantage

Essential Skills

- Should have 2-4 years of work experience in insurance.

- Supports Insurance consulting engagements in an offshore: onshore model

- Supports building of Insurance Consulting practice and Insurance Consulting assets, methodologies, etc. from offshore

- Support and Lead teams engaged in research and market making initiatives in insurance consulting domain

- Underwriting, Property & Casualty, Policy Services, Product Management.

- Candidate should be self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills

- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to connect with senior client executives

- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
