Currently we are seeking Enterprise Asset Management professionals with industrial, and/or consulting experience in:   - Industry experience: Utilities - Transmission & Distribution   - Should have worked with state of art technology equipment's from leading OEMs on High Voltage Conductor, Insulators, High Voltage Power Cables, Switchgears, Circuit Breaker, Power & Distribution Transformer and Electrical Auxiliaries   - Should have exposure of specific maintenance methodologies in areas of Transmission and Distribution, applicable for varying terrains including snow zones, windy zones, Hot Atmospheric zones etc.   - Ideally should have worked with High Voltage Capacity (e.g. 220, 440, 500, 765 and 800 KV) AC & HVDC Transmission & Distribution system   - Should be competent in Asset Criticality Analysis and Asset Health Analysis for Transmission & Distribution Assets   - Should have hands on experience in tools such as SAP PM/Maximo, Meridium, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers,   - The expectation is to drive EAM implementations NOT from a technology perspective, but from a business perspective   - During EAM implementation, expectations also include to create use cases, test cases and multiple scenarios to help client visualize the benefits of EAM implementation   - Ideally should have been involved as a business user in the end to end implementation of any EAM package.   B) Basic Requirements   All positions require minimum bachelor's degrees, good oral and written English, and PowerPoint & Excel skills.   Detailed requirements are as the following:   Consultant Level:   - 4-8 years of experience in utilities industries - Transmission & Distribution and Generation   - Should have rich experience of specific maintenance methodologies in areas of Transmission and Distribution, applicable for varying terrains including snow zones, windy zones, Hot Atmospheric zones etc. across voltage levels   - Have strong knowledge of Asset optimization, Maintenance & Reliability practices as Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM), Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and willingness to learn and grow   - Have good understanding of tools such as SAP PM/Maximo, NRX Asset Hub, and Asset Answers.   - Business Process mapping, process optimization and process modeling experience in Asset Optimization   - Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills   - Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members   - Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams   - Knowledge or exposure to Predictive asset maintenance (PAM) will be an added advantage   - GIS knowledge (Optional)
