Business Process Management - Center of Excellence is a team that manages the BPM program across all Industries and Functions at Accenture

The BPM CoE Manager is responsible for managing the cross OG BPM initiatives. The key focus of this role is conceptualization, designing and Implementation of the Next Gen BPM framework, methods and tools. The focus is on defining and implementing the BPM framework that brings together Data, AI, Next Generation technologies like VR, AR etc. in to the mix. The candidate should be well oriented with the Next Gen BPM components and should have hands on exposure with some of them. Person in this role will report into the BPM-CoE Lead and will also be responsible for driving the Next Gen BPM framework initiative across all Industries and Functions and incubate and run it as a BPM offering.

In addition, the role is responsible for the BPM outreach program that is focused on taking BPM offerings to the Accenture internal users groups. This includes defining the Go To Market approach for BPM and expand the user base and the overall usage of BPM content, tools and assets in client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Next Gen BPM framework design and deployment

- Lead / Manage, Participate, contribute to the key BPM programs and initiatives launched by the BPM CoE

- Positioning BPM across Accenture businesses & client teams and increase uptake

- Realizing cross industry synergies by identifying best practices and standardizing them so all industries benefit

- Provide overarching support to the Business Process Management user community

- Support BPML growth through support in client proposals, identifying new opportunities, working with industries for BPML related projects and facilitating the development of BPML related offerings

- Coordinate key BPM initiatives

- Building Industry Connects

Qualifications:

Education:

Advanced business degree (MBA or equivalent experience)

Work Experience:

- Hands on exposure to Next Gen technologies like AI, Robotics, Data, VR, Machine Learning etc

- MBA or equivalent experience with an overall experience of 10+ years

- 6+ years of program management experience, Relationship Management, Content Development

- Consulting experience in BPM; growing and developing a deep and broad professional network

- 8+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project)

Preferred Skills:

- Digital technologies consulting experience

- BPM domain experiance

- Remote partner and program management

- Process Transformation and Re-engineering experience

- 5+ years of Business experience

- 3+ years of budget/financial management experience
