Key responsibilities :

- Work with the concerned Managing Director and Senior Manager to assist in developing Accenture's practice.

- Independently manage project delivery or a small project on her/ his own.

- Manage client relationships in a delivery engagement on a day to day basis.

Experience :

Specific experiences will include :

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School

- 5 years of progressive business and consulting experience in Financial Services.

- Strong functional skills and domain understanding.

- Domestic experience is preferred.

- Strong program management skills.

- Sales/Marketing/Service

- Customer strategy/Marketing strategy

- Distribution

- Analytics/Digital

- Large scale transformation programs

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills.

- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives in a range of environments

- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- Excellent team work ability and ability to work in distributed delivery environment

- Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach

Industry : Financial Services (Consulting, Banking, Industry, Strat Firms)

Skill required :

Experience of working in Indian Banking/ Insurance/Payments sector with consulting (preferred) or industry experience.

Experience required in following Functional areas (1 or more):

- Sales/Marketing/Service

- Customer strategy/Marketing strategy

- Distribution

- Analytics/Digital

- Strong domain and industry understanding.

- Domestic experience is a must

Experience : 4 - 6 years of relevant FS Consulting / FS Industry experience

Education Qualification : Master's in Business Administration (MBA from a Tier 1 B school)
