CA/MBA Finance from reputed institute  2.18-22 years of experience in BPO Finance & account operation  3. Should have managed big team of 500-800 people  4. Should be flexible with Shift  5.Excellent communication skill  6. Should be from BPO  7. Good in client management  8.
