Role title: S&CS Services - Sales Pricing   Experience: 1-8 yrs  Domain: Retail/automative/CPG/FMCG  Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/Mumbai  Principal Duties And Responsibilities:   Sales professionals to design/develop pricing and profitability optimization strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through effective product/ services/ service pricing diagnostic, pricing process reengineering, assessment, pricing waterfall and operationalization.  - Work on assessing pricing processes in alignment with business imperatives and client's sales strategy through client data diagnostics and gap analysis   - Work on designing and implementing pricing waterfall, pricing strategy, pricing diagnostics, pricing catalogue, contract pricing of services, leading to positive impact on topline and bottom line..  - Work on recommending and deploying process improvements and enablers with best in class KPIs  - Work as an integral part of the client's sales organization, towards driving efficient and effective structure pricing and discounting approach.   - Work to facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness.  - Additional Engagement Opportunities Include:   - Market entry strategy development  - Product launch strategy   - Channel mix assessment and strategy   - Sales channel optimization  - Process Assessment & Improvisation  - Sales Data Analysis, Marketing Planning   - Assessment & Sales Enhancement Strategy  Additional Responsibilities may include:  - Business Development  - Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities  - Internal Development  - Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals  Qualifications:   - MBA from a Tier 1 B School   Experience:   - A minimum of 1 - 8 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the Products/ Communications & High Tech/ Financial Services industry   Consulting or functional experience in:  - Sales Strategy  - Pricing of Services, products, parts and post sales services  - Sales Process Capability Assessment  - Functional CRM Tool knowledge like PROS is good to have  - Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable  - Strong program management/ people management skills  - Experience working with - C- level executives  - Global exposure will be desirable  - Preference will be given to candidates working as Sales managers in one of the above listed industries.
