Opportunity:
Regional Manager: B2B Sales
Key responsibilities:
- Core team role with direct reporting to founders and P&L ownership
- Design & drive regional strategy & execution for B2B initiatives (including but not limited to corporate sales, MICE, unit sales, travel agents)
- Manage & drive the growth & margin targets for respective region
- Attract, retain & manage growth of city & area teams within the region
- Support & liaise with marketing, branding, sourcing, operations & finance teams

- Fulfil below minimum criteria:
Strong pedigree (college/ employers) and/ OR strong intent & desire
Corporate sales experience of 5+ years
Handled direct reporting & sales targets for at least 10 member teams

- Aggressive, go-getter mindset; believer in leading by example
- Numbers/ targets driven with ability to stretch & motivate team
- Aggressive & willing to spend time in field with team, but mature enough to command their respect
- Strong education background: engineer and/ or MBA from tier 1/2 colleges
