ROLE :

The HR Manager will be responsible for the entire HR function of India operations for Simility. This is a great career opportunity for someone who is looking to work with a top-notch high growth start-up team based out of Silicon Valley and Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build HR systems and practices in a highly innovative organization working on cutting edge technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Building HR systems and policies

- Taking care of all statutory compliance (including PF, Gratuity, ESI etc)

- HR planning process, Employee engagement

- Employee joining and exit formalities

- HR administration including payroll. attendance management, leave management, managing grievances

- Policies for Rewards, Recognition and Performance Management

- Timely reporting of HR issues to management

- Building innovation in attracting and retaining talents

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

- 4+ years of hands-on HR experience in India

- MBA in HR is preferred

- Work experience with Start-up and IT Product Company is a plus

- Self-starter who is always looking to improve outcomes

- Must be capable of working independently
