Associate - Investment Banking - M&A/Private Equity

- We have an opening for Associate Investment Banking - M&A, PE at Acamar Capital.

- Functional Competencies: Deal Execution, Excellent Presentation Preparation Skills, Strong command in English Language (both written and oral), Financial Modelling, Valuation Analysis, Due Diligence, Ability to handle multiple projects at a time, Good Client handling skills.

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparation of marketing materials used in the transactions, including information memorandums, management presentations and pitch books

- Review & Development of various types of financial models for M&A/PE transactions

- Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis and structuring of live transaction

- Participate in negotiations and other closure activities

- Assist Managing Partners with the development of broader strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Investment banking space

- Should have worked in/closed minimum of 2-3 deals in PE / M&A across sectors. Experience in closure of M&A deals in IT Services space would be viewed positively

- CA / MBA (Top 20 B-schools in India) with relevant years of post-qualification experience

- Candidates selected for Interview Process will be requested to share an independently prepared work sample (Sample IM/Pitch Presentations/Financial Model/any other presentations to showcase proficiency)
