Academics Head - Education/Training

The person will act as the Academic Head of the organization to ensure seamless integration of all aspects with respect to quality delivery of trainings as enumerated but not limited to specific activities mentioned below

- Overall responsibility to ensure Quality delivery.

- Introduce technology based interventions for learning effectiveness

- Ascertain Quality development/ customization of learning content

- Ensure trainer efficiency, effectiveness and quality execution

- Responsible for setting up of systems, processes and operating structure

Content / Assessments:

- Design/ Lead customization of content as per clients training need

- Introduce new ways of seeing, thinking and working

- Creating /upgrading content as per the Job role specified.

- Interaction with various Sector Skill Councils for content related, assessments and/or other issues

Trainer Quality:

- Guide Master Trainer and Lead Trainers to conduct trainer evaluation and selection for appropriate hiring

- Lead Train the Trainer Program for all projects

- Keep regular check on delivery quality standard at all training centers across projects

- Conduct periodic reviews and feedback analysis for trainer improvement and development

- Design and implement training follow up mechanism to ensure need based support and guidance to trainers

Experience, Education Qualification and Other attributes required:

- 10-15 Years of experience preferably in a vocational setup on:

a) Training delivery

b) Assessment & certification, and preferably content development

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in education/PG/BED/MBA

- Open to extensive travelling

- Proactive and self-motivated

- Any other business requirement
