Academic Operations Manager - Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Program

Job Title: Academic Operations Manager Of AI/ML

Job Responsibilities:

This role requires a unique blend of talent, leadership and attention to detail. We are looking at someone who is comfortable managing people and being both creative and analytical. You need to have an entrepreneurial mind-set and an urgency to execute ideas. Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):

- Ownership of Program Office (AI/ML) activities covering all aspects of program delivery & participants learning experience

- Liaison with faculty to create best in class learning material - video, reading material, assignment

- Support faculty and senior managers to ensure that participant's learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained

- Maintain operational excellence and lead a team of Program Managers,Subject Matter Exper(AI/ML),Community Manager,Content Strategist etc.

- Assist program director and senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry)

- Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during on-campus sessions and live webinars during weekends and be available to ensure smooth operations and delivery

- Manage, identify and implement processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and trouble free learning experience

- Coordinate with IT and Admin to ensure smooth execution at various locations

- Travel to other cities as needed to manage residencies
