They are starting off in the domain of premium Early Child Education services catering to HNIs across India. - They are looking to hire an Academics Head for their organization. The incumbent will be responsible for : - Strategise and Lead the Academics and Pedagogy - Development, monitoring and evaluation of the overall functioning of the curriculum (infant care, pre-school, after-school) - To oversee the functioning and promote academic, or curricular and other activities - Actively seeking for opportunities to collaborate and have alliances The ideal candidate would : - Have excellent experience in the ECE or K12 Academics Management (MUST) - Pref have some experience or education overseas or in international schools - Have experience in setting up academic teams, Curriculum Development, Opening Schools etc - Have excellent communication and positive attitude
