We are looking for Academic Counsellor / Counsellor (2 Yr - 6 Yr) for Leading Global Educational Group based at DelhiNCR.

Our client is a leading Indian Industrial & Investment House with interests in Logistics & Retail, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Real Estate, International Trading and other sectors. It is one of the major corporate houses in India, and has several alliances and foreign collaborations with a significant presence in Europe, Middle East and East Asia. Academic Counsellor / Counsellor (2 Yr - 6 Yr)

Job Location : School based at 8 Location in DelhiNCR - Gurgaon - Noida - Greater Noida

Job Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualizing, planning and implementing various guidance related programs in consultation with the department head

2. Maintaining case records in files of individual students including referral form, observation report, interactions with students, teachers, parents, program leaders, principal and consultants

3. Responsible for delivering impact-full sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location.

4. Submitting the required reports and case updates and all the documentation available to the Head of the Department/PLs/Principal as and when required

5. Converting Walk Ins into Admissions.

6. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counseling.

7. Recording of daily work and plan including interactions with students, teachers, parents, program leaders, principal and consultants

Prerequisites :

1) Graduate / MBA with 2- 6 years of Hard Core Sales Experience.

2) Age 23 - 34 Years..

3) Excellent communication and selling skills.

4) Sales Experience.

5) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.

6) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.

7) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.

8) Education Background would be preferred.

9) Preference would be given to Candidates From Education /Banking / Media/ Time Share/Hospitality/ Travel/Retail Banking/Telecom Postpaid Sales/Financial Selling/Life Insurance counselors.
