Abu Dhabi Financial Group - Product Analyst - IIM/ISB/XLRI/MDI/FMS

Role and Responsibilities:

The role is interface with the customers / users to understand their requirements and help product manager / owner communicate the same clearly and holistically to the development and design teams. Key responsibilities would include:

- Gather market requirements / user insights with the help of market / user research

- Assist in creating clear and concise product requirements (for technology and design team) based on interaction with customers and stakeholders

- Work with development and design team to build product across the lifecycle

- Build hypothesis and identify A/B tests or experiments that need to be conducted in line with hypothesis (for featured, UI/UX and business model)

- Be updated with trends in the target markets; Periodically conduct detailed product benchmarking & feature evaluation exercises

Background / Education Requirement

- 2-4 years- experience in technology product management. These can be mobile apps, web apps, enterprise / SaaS solutions.

- Candidate should have seen technology products across life cycle (from idea to a scaled up business)

- Strong analytical skills

- Prefer candidates with experience in following areas - travel tech, real estate tech, media tech, edutech, and fintech

- Agile, customer centric approach to product management

- MBA from a premier institute
