Product development :   - Documenting product notes  - Product parameterisation  - Understanding of regulatory guidelines around trade products especially international transactions  2. Product Management  - Inputs to product pricing  - Product MIS  - Product implementation and logistics for product delivery  3. Trade Sales :   - Cross-sell to existing relationship  - Support new to bank customers based on trade finance products  - Targeting new to bank customers based on trade finance products  4. Client servicing :   - Interact with clients to understand and address client servicing issues related to trade finance transactions  - Liaise with client servicing teams for resolving issues around client servicing for trade transactions  - Evolve processes/product variants based on clients requirements and business strategy.  Roles Reporting into this Role  Direct Reports (Titles)  Total Number of Reportees Initially NIL  All Staff Reporting (No.) Initially NIL  Experience and Qualifications :  Minimum Education Level Graduation  Professional Qualification Post Graduation in Finance / Marketing / Management  Experience :  - Minimum 7 to 10 years of banking experience  - Minimum 3 years of experience in trade products management  - First hand experience in handling trade sales  - Managing full cycle of trade finance products viz documenting product notes/product parameters, pricing, trade sales, product MIS  Main Working Relationships :  1.
