AbsoluteLabs - Project Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic consulting company in fashion retail space. This role is focused on the Retail & Customer Experience domains, and acts across Retail domains. This is a challenging opportunity that will see you wearing a broad range of hats, from dealing with clients and developing business processes

We are Looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all project operations from inception to execution. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members.

To be successful as a Project Manager you must be highly organized. A good Project Manager can multitask successfully under pressure.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

- Perform client integration requirements analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing processes to support the execution of the project.

- Develop comprehensive strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions in order to support project implementation, execution and support

- Strong experience in Retail (B2B/B2C) & Order Management Systems / OMNI Channel journey.

- Work on integration projects especially MuleSoft & Salesforce platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to build input-focused project plans for achievement of key measures and project deliverables

- Communicate findings to leadership and to the broader organisation by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.

- Work with cross-functional teams to push projects forward, driving recommendations through to implementation.

- Lead efforts on sophisticated quantitative analysis and advanced modelling that translates data into actionable insights.

- Manage Programme updates and reporting of task and milestone completions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create project plans with relevant team members.

- Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.

- Maintain the project budget.

- Enforce health and safety protocol.

- Prepare progress reports for senior management.

- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.

- Oversee the implementation of project improvements.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Qualifications/ Training

- Bachelor's degree in Business, quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project/Programme Management role at a Technology Company, management consulting firm or equivalent experience in the Retail industry.

- Project/Programme management Qualifications and training

- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience

- Extensive experience in large-scale cross-functional project management.

- Experience managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex simultaneous. projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and landing of initiatives.

- Experience managing successful greenfield Project/Programme implementation.

- Product Development, Pre-sales & Marketing Experience.

- Analytical proficiency to develop a methodology to measure success KPIs.

- Effective stakeholder management skills to drive decisions across various functions.
