Position: Presales Consultant

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Role Summary: The incumbent will support the sales team by providing technical expertise with commercial acumen, demonstrations, and solution presentations to potential customers. Will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and proposing tailored solutions. Will play a key role in building customer confidence, addressing technical concerns, and helping in winning sales opportunities. Will be the main POC to respond to various RFPs with customized requirements.

Understanding Customer Requirements:

- Engage with potential customers to gather and understand their business requirements.

- Conduct needs analysis and assess the technical feasibility of meeting customer needs.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Absolutelabs's offering.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competition and emerging technologies.

Technical Presentations:

- Create and deliver compelling technical presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Absolutelabs's offerings.

- Create custom presentations to address specific customer needs and concerns.

Solution Design:

- Work closely with the sales team to design customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

Proposal and RFP Support:

- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and other technical documentation.

- Ensure that technical solutions align with the customer's requirements and objectives.

Demonstrations and Proof of Concept's (POC's):

- Create & deliver compelling PoC demonstrations.

- Collaborate with customers on PoCs to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Customer Relationship Building:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential customer organizations.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert guidance on technical matters.

Competitive Analysis:


- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes to position Absolute Labs's offerings effectively.

- Highlight key differentiators and advantages over competing solutions.

Documentation:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including case studies, best practices, and solution guides.

- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.

Cross Team Collaboration

- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.

- Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.

- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and qualities required:

- Leadership and communication skills

- Presentation skills

- Aptitude for time management and organization

- Problem-solving ability.

Experience & Qualifications:

- BE/BTech/MBA (Marketing)

- 5+ years of relevant experience into Pre-sales

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
