AbsolutData - Sr Analyst - Proposals

Summary of Job Purpose:

The role of a Proposal Analyst is a very critical component of the sales cycle. It involves high level of coordination between the Sales teams and Operations teams. The proposal analyst gets excellent exposure to all aspects of the functioning of an organization, and is an excellent platform for honing sales and marketing skills.

Key Accountabilities:

Proposal Handling:

- Understand Business Challenges & Customer Needs

- Assess Opportunity and Scope

- Manage each request for proposal as a project, manage timelines and expectations of all stakeholders involved

- Prepare a detailed PowerPoint based proposal for each RFP after discussing with the client the research plan, business objectives or any other concerns

- Suggest the best suitable project approach, methodology and timelines

- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure that the best proposals are submitted to clients

Pricing Strategy:

- Responsible for formulating and deciding the right pricing for all the projects by gauging client appetite and operational effort involved

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Effective project management skills (Required)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills (Required)

- Good with MS Powerpoint and MS Word (Required)

- Analytics experience (Preferred)
