The role would involve:

- Drawing managerial insights through Statistical Techniques and Predictive Modelling.

- Running and administrating Analytical/Modelling Tools & Techniques and coordinating within and across ADT teams for project delivery and client interaction.

- Managing client satisfaction, feedback process, managing/tracking workflow etc.

Key responsibilities -

1) Technical -

- Data Management

- Executing, planning and supervising tasks around data management

- Exploratory Analysis & Making Presentations

- Executing and planning tasks around exploratory analysis including interpreting results, identifying techniques and communicating results

- Being involved in designing ppts like creating basic story line, writing executive summary etc

- Tools

- Having high proficiency in tools like Excel, SAS, SPSS, basic VBA etc

- Research Design & Management (Research Oriented Focus)

- Having an understanding of a market research area & few analysis methodologies

- Understanding basics of online field management

- Statistical Analysis & Design (Modelling Oriented Focus)

- Having theoretical understanding, application & running of techniques

- Having an understanding of an analytics/research area & application of several analysis methodologies

2) Quality/ Process Compliance & Improvement Initiatives -

- Having a complete understanding & awareness of the various internal processes, ensuring compliance to the same and suggesting process improvement initiatives

3) Client Servicing -

- Conducting follow up on services & monitoring the services as provided to clients

- Managing client satisfaction, feedback process etc

4) Project Management -

- Executing tasks around project management like effectively delegating relevant tasks, monitoring the same, timely escalations etc

- Core Competencies -

- Consulting Skills: Ability to impact business decisions through analytics and research

- Educational Qualifications & Experience -

- Degree - Graduates/Postgraduates from Premiere Institutes in Economics, Statistics or other

- Quantitative disciplines/B.Tech/MBA

- Relevant Experience: 2 to 6 years
