The candidate would be responsible for –

- Leading a team of 3-5 analysts

- Delivering on reporting/analytical requests for various marketers and analysing these to serve business needs

- Managing/Improving process efficiency that delivers reports and analysis accurately, on time and with high quality

The candidate should :

- SQL Expertise in terms of complex data extraction from data warehouse and manipulation for analysis

- Be able to demonstrate success in a highly process-oriented environment

- Excellent project management skills

- Have worked with large to very large datasets of customers and transactions (of the order of millions of records)

- Be able to interact with consultants/clients in the US, obtain clarifications, independently drive conversation and present results to the clients

- Have worked in one or more of the following domains – CRM and / or marketing analytics in hospitality, retail, telecomm, insurance etc.

- Automation of reports in data ware houses

- Have hands on experience on Netezza/ TERADATA /ORACLE or any other database

- Engineering graduate/PG diploma

- 4-5 yrs of relevant work experience
