Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for leading delivery and day to day management of small to mid-sized teams.

- Provide assistance in developing and scaling up the practice by participating in client development activities, new content / POCs / solutions generation, conducting domain / technical trainings etc.

- Should have hands on experience in analytics delivery, through the entire life cycle of an analytics engagement

- Should have experience of leading teams of analysts / modelers and managing relationships with working level clients on his/her own

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Should be open to travel to client locations in India / abroad for short / long term duration depending on the project requirements

Skills and Experience

- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in developing and deploying sophisticated analytical solutions

- Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches

- Must be very familiar with Market Mix Modeling - usage, application and techniques

- Excellent excel formulaic skills; comfortable using various tools - SAS, R, Python, KNIME

- Hands on familiarity with data structuring

- Statistical and predictive modeling experience; primarily linear regression and its variations

- Expert in algorithm development & implementation

- Extensive analytical toolset including an advanced understanding of statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis), discrete simulation, linear and nonlinear optimization.

- BE/B.Tech, Masters / Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research from tier 1 colleges / universities, MBA from IIMs and other tier 1 institutes
