Senior Manager/Manager-Business Development

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop a sales plan to meet individual contributor quota targets

- Planning and Conducting Business Development activities to meet quota targets, including:

- Prospect Identification - Identifying target accounts and decision makers within

- Campaigns Management - Designing and implementing campaigns to penetrate these accounts (emails, cold calls, social media etc)

- Drive the sales cycle to ensure wins (Incl. prospecting, presentations, proposals, POCs, negotiations, etc.)

- Owning the entire sales process (lead generation to closing and Invoice/Finance liasioning)

- Ability to build long term relationship to grow revenue in key accounts

- Excellent Collaboration and coordination skills with Operations, Delivery with presales and delivery team

Requirements: (Skills/Competencies needed to perform the job)

- Proven Track record of achieving sales quotas

- Passionate of meeting new people, work in challenging environment, ability to handle sales pressure

- Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree preferred

- KPO / Research / Analytics/consulting background preferred

- Domain expertise in CPG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare preferred

- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English

- A self-reliant, resourceful hard-charger with a consultative sales approach

Education: MBA/PGDBM/PG degree in Management

Experience: 4-10 years experience in Sales / Business Development for US/UK/Europe markets; preferably in a Knowledge Services / BPO / KPO / Consulting / Advertising / Market Research environment

NOTE:

1) This is an end to end Sales role and not just limited to calling as such.

2) We are looking for core HUNTERS rather than Account Managers

3) It is about Services selling experience and not product based
