Absolutdata is a big data and analytics service provider since 2001. Over the last few years it is transforming itself into a firm that uses data, data science, AI and technology to offer products and services that helps Sales, Marketing and Customer Services team take better decisions. To facilitate this transformation Absolutdata is looking to add to its leadership team.

The suitable candidate will be mainly responsible to lead and set-up two interrelated functions

- AI Solutions

- AI & Machine Learning Services.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solutions Lead:

- Design solutions responsible to architect engagements & solutions for clients & prospects

- Solutions architect to convert new strategically important business opportunities using both business knowledge and deep analytics to design approach and frameworks for success

- Create proposals / written documentation of the solution provided and present it to the client

- In specific projects, act as an expert during the execution phase to ensure effective implemented of the solution

- Engage with the client as SME for analytics solutions and modeling approaches

- Partner with the operations team to develop capability &/or new offerings for the firm

- Be comfortable with the trinity of machine learning, big data and technology and business consulting and be able to structure a business as well as technical approach for any scope of work.

AI & Machine Learning Services Lead :

- Lead with Digital, AI, Data Science and Tech skills to bring offerings to the market.

- Offering can include - projects that apply Computer Vision like identifying car damage from pics/videos for an insurance company, developing a Virtual Email Responder Bot for assisting Sales people, provide resources to clients with specific skills like IBM Watson, GCP, NLG, etc.

- Be able to work with a team of trained professionals with diverse skill sets - R, Python, SAS, IBM Watson, AWS, GCP, Tensor Flow, Keras, Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.)

- Be overall responsible for the operations of this group including be not limited to: -

- Project/Work Delivery

- Client Management

- People Management / Team Leadership

- Practice Profitability and Ops Metrics

- Capability & Offering Development

- Internal & External communication of Offerings & Capabilities.

- This person will also be responsible to partner with Sales Leaders to different Regions to Design and co-Execute the Go To Market strategy for this group

- Partner with other groups in the organization like the Product & platform Team, Technology Services Team and Analytics Services team to co-ordinate development of AI & Digitization capabilities and offerings across different parts of the organization

Qualification and Skills:

- Master degree in engineering or Quantitative discipline / MBA preferred from a premier institute

- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Marketing Analytics industry. Strong preference in the customer driven solutions (CRM).

- Working on business problems such as customer acquisition, customer retention, customer segmentation, cross sell / upsell, campaign management

- Exposure to AI & ML applications

- Experience in Big Data, Social media, BI will be beneficial

- Previous experience in leading and setting up new teams in the Analytics domain

- Has excellent client management skills

- Has excellent communication skills and can converse with ease with technical and non-technical audience.
