This works closely with Product Development Teams as well as implementation and delivery teams to ensure entire functionality is rolled out on time and with quality.   We are looking at someone with 5 - 8 years of experience with 5 years of successful program/project management experiencing delivering software web based solutions.   Responsibilities:  Program Manager will be reporting to the President of the Digital Business and Work closely with Digital team members on critical organisation projects and steer the projects towards closure.   - Coordinate and facilitate discussions amongst stakeholders across functions on key organisation initiatives.   - Scan competition landscape and identify opportunities for improvements in business processes.  - Is able to have basic understanding of technology to be able to communicate with equal ease with both technical and non-technical folks   - Is able to manage programs at a holistic level and is able to understand, communicate and manage various levels of cross-functional dependencies   - Is able to manage complete transition of new technologies, new features  - Manages the integration of multiple projects/programs, provides data, analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders and various levels of PMO management.   - Develop timely, accurate, in-depth analysis of organizational cost and schedule data, provide corrective action recommendations  - Recognize and evaluate actual or proposed changes to any aspect of project scope or schedule.   - Identify cost-savings opportunities and develop programs to achieve long term savings   - Apply appropriate metrics and tools for maintenance releases control   - Assists the PMO team in defining and complying with corporate process.   Skills:  - BE/BS degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) required with a recent backgrounds in program/project management with an MBA a plus  - Strong technical background and experience of working with cross-functional teams  - Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams  - Working closely with Technology Team to identify issues and resolve it with the vendors / product team  - Ability to facilitate inter-departmental meetings to resolve complex issues.  - Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.  - Vendor management skills  - Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and work with a team. Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished  Qualifications:   - Looking for someone with BE / B Tech degree   - 5 - 8 years of experience with 5 years of successful program/project management experiencing delivering software web based solutions   - Must have excellent problem solving, presentation and leadership skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate both macro and low-level pictures to all levels of the organization, including senior management   - Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitation and communication skills, plus strong judgment and decision making abilities.   - MBA from a premiere campus   - PMP certification & Scrum Certification are a plus   - Proficiency in using Microsoft Project Plan/Microsoft Project Server a plus
