Job Summary  The Marketing Communication Manager will be leading the branding and marketing communication for the Digital properties of ABP.   This is a high-visibility role for the company as we accelerate into our next phase of growth  Job Description  Creating strategies to increase Brand Awareness, Brand Visibility and streamline Brand Communication   Implementation of strategies & executing activities (BTL & ATL) including detailed monitoring of all advertising and promotion expenses.   Create & execute event calendar and streamline all outgoing communication for ABP group properties  Understand the operation/process of all ABP digital offerings and liaison with the edit & sales teams in managing communication/events  Act as a point of contact for ABP and external agencies. The candidate is expected to understand requirements from ABP, provide requirements to agencies, put his/her creative insights and manage all iterations  Research and understand our target vertical markets, and create targeted content for digital campaigns. Collaboratively work with other teams to design communication for existing & potential clients  The candidate is expected to direct multiple agencies in getting creatives done, strictly following the branding guidelines  Execute BTL events by closely working with multiple agencies for high decibel activations  Brand-building with a very strong focus on design and communication (in English and Bengali) as look and feel would be a key aspect of this business  Execute market research to understand the consumer mind-set in the news consumptions segment and create strategy to attract new/ repeat visitors  Preparing reports & designing brochures and other collaterals as per requirements   Participate in research and development of company and product positioning; act as owner of company voice and brand/design standards.   Understanding (Reading and Writing) of Bengali is a must  Experience  4-7 Year Experience in marketing communication, brand and PR  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  Strong social media experience   Experience in corporate or agency role preferred  Creative thinker with an ability to rustle up out of the box ideas to support ad sales teams
