Overview:
- ABP Digital is looking for an individual who can set up and manage the business analytics and MIS systems for the function to drive our agenda to grow into a data-driven organization
- This is a people manager role and the role-holder will lead a small team of analysts and implement tools and strategies to drive business insights.
- In this role, we expect the incumbent to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence.
- It is expected that the role-holder will be skilled on automation to reduce the dependence on manual processing to the greatest possible extent.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipating and identifying business needs and objectives, both collaboratively with internal business partners and proactively based on knowledge of markets and products.
- Managing and setting up logical data flow structures across multiple source systems
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and lead effort in building reports and dashboards
- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking
- Generate insights to influence content development and user journeys
Desired profile:
- Engineer from Tier I/II institute
- 7 -10 years of proven experience in Business Analytics
- Familiarity with web analytics tools is preferred, especially Google Analytics
- Attention to detail and ability to understand business needs and design relevant solutions
- Expert in data visualization, reporting and MIS
- Expert in automation
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
